..."The level of penetration in the last three administrations is deep," he said. "For this president, it even goes back to his campaign with Muslim Brotherhood folks working with him then."

That the current Traitor-in-Chief has a houseful of cockroach guests is not news to many of us.
What is not so obvious is the extent to which Dubya naively created the monster, by being ignorant not only of the fundamental nature of islam, but the extent to which it had stained the last 400 years of history worldwide with blood. Apparently he still revels in that ignorance because as far as I know, he has never uttered the obvious words, "I was wrong about islam, and the threat it continues to represent to the civilized world."

Remember the (now clearly absurd) statement Bush43 repeated for months after 911 that "islam is a religion of peace?" He was more than a little slow in grasping the obvious.

Our State Department was replete with Domestic Enemies then and it has not improved since.
Lost in the fog of politics is the simple fact that the role of the State Department is to protect and enhance both the interests of the United States of America and, more importantly, its physical safety.
This apparently changed over the last 60 years.

Time for a wholesale change, but where is the clear thinking leadership that has the insight, wisdom and courage to make those wholesale changes that are necessary for our welfare and defense?

We have ceased hearing the absurdity, but we keep tolerating behavior that suggests that our leadership continues to believe that islam is still a "religion of peace."

Aside from our Traitor-in-Chief, that is.

{He was more than a little slow in grasping the obvious.}

You overlook the obvious, if you don’t realize the close relationship the Bush family has with the Saudi family.
