One of the songs that gets little notice, but is a masterpiece, is "It's Cold Outside of Your Heart" from "The Present." It's one of those Justin Hayward 3-part songs like "Land of Make Believe" from "Seventh Sojourn". The third part is where it soars. It's also the group's second attempt at a country tune. ("Send Me No Wine" was the first, from "Threshold of a Dream".)

Another masterpiece is "Emily's Song" from "Every Good Boy Deserves Favor". It was written to John Lodge's four year old daughter. She's 44 now.
