Bloomberg owns the content, we may not like their restrictions but it is their creation and their property and the rights of property and ownership of one’s creation trumps convenience in posting more than a link only.

There's what should be and then what is. With the old 9th Circuit judgement from years ago tossing out FR's fair use claim on full text, and some news media sources later on who won't even allow links or one line in their order, it's sometimes easier and best to play it safe instead of picking a legal fight.

If excerpts aren't allowed, I won't even post content from them. If it's something that important, I'll post a summary of the events in my own words and bypass the story. (my own work)
