They can also access the HOPE funds grant monies as Texas “RESIDENTS”. First come First serve. Not many people know this.TX & NM are the only states with this extra perk for illegal alien students.

This is false. He is not giving them tuition. They have to pay for it - it’s just that they pay in-state rates vs. out-of-state rates.
If Perry would cease educating, feeding, and housing the illegals that alone would stem some of the tide.
He’s such a hypocrite....belly aches to Washington about the border....while he caters to the illegals and invites and welcomes all to come into his state....sucks up the revenue from foreign country investors....then runs to the tax payers asking them to ‘secure’ his border so he can continue “safely” with his agneda to use foreigners as cheap labor for those very country investors he invites in.
