Coastal CT, and according to the most recent model runs, 2 miles east of the UKMET model track for Irene. I've been watching the forecast model tracks for a couple of days as they've switched to the east and west of me - at one point I had 11 of 15 models track within 30 miles of my house.

The last hurricane of any note around here was Gloria in '85 although, as had been said, we get Nor'easters that are just as troublesome. We took of our preparations a couple of days ago to avoid the rush, so we're all set. Even got a new deck of cards. :)
