Rubio is going to be president one day. The NPR might want to do one on “The Reasonable DemocRAT”. Unfortunately, there aren’t any.
Did you listen to Rubio’s speech at the Reagan Library?
It was a lot of rambling, semi-rhetoric and posturing that did not clarify his convictions, if he has them. I don’t know.
I was excited about him just before and after his election, but that was before he started stumbling. Sorry, I have to be honest. First, he opined on Meet the Press that he opposed Ryan’s budget plan when it was new. Later, he got on board with it.
Among other things, along with McCain/Graham/Lieberman, he validated the Libyan rebels as the legitimate government of Libya last month.
Honestly, I think he is not as bright as has been assumed.
