The Selectmen in my town are working the get other local communities to join a law suit against the EPA. They are mandating enhanced storm water regulations that look to reduce phosphorous in the a local aquifer by regulating runoff. These enhanced storm water regulations will cost our town around $111 million. No freaking way. That would eventually add at least $216 to each and every resident's yearly tax bill.

Except the illegal aliens of course. They are a protected species around here.

That's ridiculous, Sam. I wish you luck.

There is both common law and statutory law that supposedly restricts what agencies can do without congressional approval, but the courts have been letting them get away with just about anything. I hope there are some judges with spines out there that start enforcing the law and the Constitution.
