Doesn’t California have earthquakes? And socialism? I’ll stay in Phoenix, Arizona. A bit hot but no earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, volcanoes.
Speaking of earthquakes...here in Richmond we just had one earlier this week which left many structures a bit damaged or compromised. Now with the hurricane coming I hope those structures are not more adversely affected...or worse.
