In a poignant and touching display, GOP presidential hopeful Herman Cain traveled to Israel to attend Glenn’s Restoring Courage event and visited Judaism’s sacred Wailing Wall.
The sentiment was made all the more profound by the fact that the House Ethics Committee called on its members not to attend the Restoring Courage event because it appeared to have a political affiliation, prompting Glenn to blast House Speaker John Boehner for “playing politics” with Israel “in their hour of need.”
Cain can be viewed in these pictures, placing a prayer note, as is customary, into the cracks of the Western Wall.

Everyone has been saying that we need a candidate who is not part of the body Politic. Well here he is! It’s obvious that he isn’t afraid to act upon the courage of his convictions. Well done Herman!
He also kept this promise to Beck, even though I heard Beck came out in support of another candidate.
One of the reasons I support Mr. Cain, he is a man of character and integrity.
I’m not a supporter, but I am impressed by this gesture of Cain’s.
I like Herman Cain. If Sarah Palin gets in, I’d like to see her choose him to run with. If she doesn’t get in, I’ll either vote for him or Rick S. Both have strong moral stances.
We love this man. Believe he has faith to lead this nation back to God.
Nothing else matters.

I had been thinking it would be easier to just do a search for Herman Cain every day, but I happened to have the radio on last week when Michael Savage said Herman was going to be on.
After reading that thread, I realized this would be a more effective option.

Herman Cain is such a decent man! I love listening to him! I find him to be sincere, honest, and, as far as I can tell, is not one to pander to special interests. He is genuine—nothing contrived about him.

Me too, on both counts, but keep the faith.
The mustard seed has been planted.
At first it grows slowly, but when it takes off, I think we’ll all be amazed.
I think God has heard our prayers as a nation, and has sent a Godly man to answer our prayers.
When people see him, they love him, and know he is for real.
His positive intensity score has been the highest every week, except the week Rick Perry announced, when Perry got a little bump - but Herman is back on top now.
There is plenty of time before the primaries start, for people to see that Herman is the only candidate who has the right positions on everything that is important, without some of the HUGE baggage that most of the politicians have.

Other candidates numbers spike and then go down. Herman Cain’s numbers don’t spike but have been slowly and steadily increasing. When people get away from what the pundits say and listen to him and read his ideas and plans, they get on the Cain train pretty quickly.
Herman would be my man except for his support of the Unfair Tax. That aside, I love this man.

Whom did he come out in support of? He’s specifically said he doesn’t support Huntsman Jr. (despite his close friendship with Sr.)
