I would take it further. I don’t want any private individual lecturing me on sexuality—not if the lecture is man made. For example, a private individual trying to convince me that it’s okay for children to be sexual.

On the other hand, if they lecture me using a source of intellect higher than that of humans, the content of the lecture has a certain validity. If the lecture is purely the ideas of men, it has no sovereignty over me and is therefore illegitimate.

Well a private individual would be free speech ... and you don’t have to listen. You walk away or tear up their literature, turn off the tv/radio program or whatever.

Different matter altogether than the GOVERNMENT lecturing about such matters.
