Funny, liberals will use punitive tax rates to change behaviors like driving big cars or smoking but then they’ll turn around and deny that high income taxes or high business taxes will have any effect on behaviors.

Evidence for my Peak Revenue Theory continues to accumulate.
Peak Revenue Theory: the US government is already collecting the maximum amount of revenue it can out of the economy, if it tries to collect more by any means it will do enough damage to the economy and/or encourage enough avoidance to lower overall net tax receipts.
