I’ve told you illegals get SS disability for their kids (illegal as well as US born), via fraud speech impediments due to bi-lingual status. Rhey know we have set number of days re: evals (1 Eng/sep. Spanish evaluator), and to get their physical from the parent to find a school. They delay bringing the physical (no habla, you know, even though translation is provided), and call for a fair hearing from the moment they first file. They know the system. Test come in normal for both languages, yet the judge at hearing rule for them re: due diligence issues (waiting for the physical they ‘forget’ for two appts.). Hearings cost about 2500 a pop btw. They drag the IEP to SS, for disability. Mind you, this is early intervention and pre-k.
