Wikileaks just dumped over 300 documents from the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli going back to 1990. I’ve only scanned a few pages but some of them talk about Mustafa Mohammad Abduljalil, who was Gaddafi’s Justice Minister at the time, and is now the Chairman of the National Transitional Council.
