“There are a group of Palin supporters that seem to make it there mission to find every Perry thread and keep spamming the same posts, many filled with misleading or outright false information, and then they attack anyone who dares to contradict them.”

I’ve also noticed that if Perry is mentioned on any Palin thread, those posts are removed or threatened. Wonder why Perry threads are not given the same courtesy? But nonetheless, the hyenas are not very good at what they do, as a couple of them are rather racist in their postings.

“Even if he did nothing else but Replace Ruth Ginsburg with a conservative on the court as good as the two Bush placed on the court, he’d make me a happy man.”

YES, SIR!!!!

That would change America for the long-run and it would keep it a great nation for sometime!

Bush’s court justices were his greatest legacy! And if I get a hint from any candidate that they’ll pick ones just like he did, I’ll support them.

Bush was 100 times better than the alternatives. he did do many good things and he didn’t hide his penchant for “compassionate conservatism”.

But now the country wants and needs something more. We need someone who will stop the go along to get along, slow the growth of government mindset. We need a reformer that will balance the budget and strip the feds of their overreach.

For all the good he did Bush almost destroyed any hope of conservative political success in this country for all time with his push for amnesty. Like Perry he didn’t care that his base was against it, in fact he ridiculed them for their opposition, he was going to do it regardless, they were just xenophobes.

This is why I call perry bush2. It’s not a compliment, it’s a warning.

(yes, I voted for Bush twice)

ok ok...I should have said the picks of his that went through the confirmation process.

He backed off Miers. It was a major screw up. But after that came Alito. At least he backed off. (Strangely, Sen. Spector and Leahy were very helpful in dumping Miers overboard....so, politics makes strange bedfellows from time to time).

Also...court watchers have to note how Bush did at the Appeals Court level and his many choices there were and are amazing.

Well said, thanks.

But I don’t think Perry is Bush 2, whether you regard that as an insult, a compliment or a warning. Except for the boots, they’re nothing alike.

Leaders lead, stay and fight, fix the problem they created. They don’t quit when it gets to tough. One time, get a slight pass. More than once when it gets too hot, not ready to be the POTUS. She couldn’t handle the crap at the state level, so how do you think she’s going to handle the same stuff while dealing with the crap zero left behind?

I don’t think she can take the heat and do what will need to be done. She chose the money and celebrity lifestyle over fighting back and fixing the bad law she signed. She made that choice which is fine but she does not get a pass of scrutiny if she quits dilly dallying around and runs.

You are wrong and if you were so assured in your position, you would not keep posting this.

Have you read Gov Palin’s book? Are you stuck in the 50’s/60’s where honor truly meant something and attacks were not launched based on absolute lies?

I can’t help you CC...you have to make your mind up but it is obvious to me that you have not researched the reasons why what happened...happened.

You don’t have to help me. I can make up my own mind. I don’t agree with the excuses made the more I think about it. She’s not fit for the job of POTUS. When zer0 is finished we are going to need someone who will stick it out through the rough patches. She has not proven to me that she is able to do that.

I’m also thinking about the fact that we need someone who can beat 0bama and at this point she is the one who polls the lowest against him. A lot of people really don’t like her at all. There is simply too much at stake this election to risk blowing the general election.
