My boss is black. Six of my eight coworkers in my department are black. The production supervisors in the plant are black, and rose from the assembly lines.

Non-union, fortune 100 top ten companies to work for in the US, and $23 per hour assembly line jobs will tend to put the kybash on any personal conflicts or organizational conflicts regarding race, ethnicity, gender, or shoe size within a company.

The company doesn't even know what to do with all it's cash but pay taxes and be nice to employees who are in turn as nice to the company.

Hint............In a recession, food manufacturers experience good economic times. The more basic the food, the higher the sales and profits. So please folks, please keep eating oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly, crackers, and noodles even once Obama is gone and things get better! My children's college fund depends on me keeping that machinery busy.
