I think this comes from God, not science. This is too unnatural to be science.

It seems to me that a possible fault line would be in either a V or Y-shape. I’m not sure if anything like that has ever been discovered before, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s one of the hypotheses put forward to explain how it was felt over such a wide area. There has to be a branch off The Fall Line that leads towards the Great Lakes/Canada for them to have felt it.

As for an act of God, well... I’m usually not one for conspiracy theories, but for it to have been felt from North Carolina all the way up to Rhode Island and Canada, having been right around a 6.0 and a pretty shallow tremor... I’m not too sure anymore about what I believe.

“For thus says the Lord of hosts,...

‘Once more in a little while, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth, the sea also and the dry land...... I will shake all the nations….I am going to shake the heavens and the earth. ....I will overthrow the thrones of kingdoms and destroy the power of the kingdoms of the nations.”.......... (Haggai 2:6, 7, 21, 22)
