I don't mean to be contentious but you are being self indulgent and destructive. I'm sure you wouldn't pal around with a child rapist. Liberals are more evil than child rapists. They are the font of all evil.

I know the costs. My best friend for over 50 years.. from kindergarten, we've done it all. We moved to different parts of the country yet met up for long weekends and weeks for each of those years. In the early 2000s he went over the top lib. I told him to go F himself and haven't seen nor spoken with him since. I'm very content and haven't looked back once.

I'm not a great person of unassailable values and character but even I can refrain from providing succor to evil.

I think you might want to back ‘er down about a thousand rpms. Not all libs are evil, I know. Yeah, most of them suck, but I don’t run my pals off because we don’t agree on certain things. Hell, my woman has some lib leanings, but I keep her around.

I have a funny feeling that my “lib” buds mostly use it as a way of getting my goat, they are gun owners and pretty conservative in a lot of ways, just won’t admit it because they enjoy messing with me.

But, do what yer heart tells you is the right thing. I won’t judge, and good friends are hard to come by. I don’t have many.
