He didn't have a super majority in congress his first 2 years

He wanted Hillary Care
Gays in the Military
Had a tax increase
Appointed a left wing lesbian to attorney general
2 liberals to SCOTUS
scads of left wing federal judges
And then after 94 he had GOP congress to curb his BS but still continued with his corruption and treason--soft on terrorism--war in the Balkans --secrets to China--pardoning Puerto Rican terrorists etc etc etc

Not a BIT of difference
