Limbsaver makes a universal pad that can be fitted by a gunsmith. Or, if you have an oscillating belt sander, you can do it yourself. It's about 1 hour of labor, so the cost shouldn't be bad.

I put one on my Ruger 7MM Mag. I had to cut about 2.5” off of the stock to get the eye relief right on my scope.
Works great and looks good. It took me about an hour to install and grind to fit.
