Easy....in order to vote int he ST, you had to make a $35 donation to the Iowa Republican Party..it’s their BIG annual fund raiser..ALL of the candidates BOUGHT tickets, and gave them out to their supporters...Palin wasn’t doing that, so her base is far to smart to waste their $$$..better off sending the $35 to her..

Your dog won't hunt. There were plenty of free tickets available from other sources. I already made a post that an outside group (not related to a candidate) even called my home asking if I wanted a free ticket.

Besides, with all this pent up demand for Palin, they should have been there to support her.
