I hope that Perry points out, before the demagoguery, that the Food Stamp Program and other subsidies is so full of fraud that cost the truly in need.

Perry believes strongly that government subsidies, such as food stamps, shouldn’t be on the government’s list of responsibilities. Sounds like needy or not, Perry doesn't believe the government should be in the Food Stamp business.
