If Waters thinks the Tea Party had anything to do with California's unemployment rate, she's even more stupid than I thought.
Obviously for her, not knowing WTF she's talking about doesn't slow down her partisan bigotry at all. Waters herself is part of the problem & too donkey stupid to figure it out.

Maxine Waters is possibly the stupidest person in Congress. Yes I know she has a number of other competitors. But Maxine is as dumb as a box of rocks. Most people in her district are clueless and stupid as well.
