Can you show me the law that grandfathers in the sitting President's eligibility? I don't think it exists. And given that we control a majority of state houses it is trivial to repeal any such laws, if they do exist.
Is the Republican Party serious about getting rid of Obama? If so, all it has to do is pass strict eligibility verification - he cannot and will not pass the test, the birth certificate he released is easily shown to be a fraud and a counterfeit - and not even a particularly good one.
