I know that. Sharon made a race to the center with Kadima and sold out his long-held principles. That said, is Netanyahu really even close to perfect? Why can’t Israel have a prime minister who refuses to negotiate with people that won’t stop attacking his country? The Palestinians don’t want a deal. They want ALL of the LAND. The two-state solution is impossible. Even if 80% of the Palestinian people got on board with the idea, Hamas would never get on board with it, and they’d simply start firing rockets into the neighboring state, forcing Israel to retaliate. The two-state solution would dissolve approximately 1 day after implementation as Israel was forced to reoccupy land used by the terrorists to attack.

Netanyahu? Perfect? After he gave control of 97% of Hebron to the PA? I see daily before me Netanyahu’s flaws. It seems that every big-time right winger makes major concessions. Menahem Begin, the George Washington of Israel, gave back the Sinai. Now we’re going to have to fight over it again, unless we don’t really need Eilat and the Pacific/Indian Ocean shipping we can only get through it.

The Koran speaks of the Jewish return, and the rebuilding of the Beit Hamikdash. The more we equivocate and vacillate, the less the Arabs believe the time has come for Sura 17 to be fulfilled, and the more grief they give us.
