I want everybody to realize how insidiously our thinking is shaped by language with this example:

Think of the variants of the root for "diverse": adverse, perverse, obverse, averse, inverse, converse... The word implies opposition and conflict.

Now consider "diversity" in contrast to the word, "variety." The difference is obvious, the latter is merely an array of differences, while the former implies conflict of interest. Look at the consequences...

Wherever there is conflict, there is need for settlement: bureaucrats, police, lawyers, prison guards... Hence "diversity" as opposed to "variety" as far as the Slave Party is concerned has been a bonanza for the budding police state. Yes, the word is that insidious and so are they.

You have to hand it to the cultural marxists; they have been very successful at changing the every day meaning of language and infiltrating grass roots organizations.
