The Obama reelection campaign has begun in earnest with the announcement yesterday that the administration will henceforth be ignoring the expressed will of Congress, its Constitutional obligations, and the desires of the American public. In a move that President Obama’s functionaries have been telegraphing for months, and which was made official yesterday, the White House has announced that it will be “reviewing” the cases of individuals who are in the process of deportation, or who are subject to deportation, in what is effectively a sweeping amnesty for nearly all illegal aliens currently residing in this country. The Wall Street Journal has a brief summary of who is now eligible for the amnesty jackpot, including a description of the aforementioned Morton memo, but a better question is, “who isn’t eligible?”
Although much of the media is framing the issue as one of the admistration implementing the DREAM Act that an anti-immigrant faction of Congress was loathe to enact, the truth is that this decision is much broader and encompasses more than simply potential DREAM recipients, which as Hans von Spakovsky points out on the Heritage Blog is itself a blatantly unconstitutional act.

I think it’s past time to get this marxist OUT of the WH. He took and oath which he has now spat on. He and his admin. need to be removed. They need to do something before he declares himself president for life. I do not put it past him.

Gallup: Latino Approval of Obama Plunges to 49%
Hispanic-Americans are souring on the Obama presidency, according to a Gallup poll that shows just 49 percent of them approve of his job performance.That’s a huge decline since spring of 2009, when Obama registered the 85 percent approval among Latinos.

They have been working up to this for over a year now. They will use a tactic called “Parole in Place.”
The Illegal will be arrested, sign a paper admitting guilt, then paroled in place (this nation) for a short time. Then they are eligible for citizenship and voting rights.

Just for the sake of argument , let’s say just 1 in 10,000 illegals is a terrorist cell from the Mideast ( mustache and sombrero most Americanos couldn’t tell the difference ) ...There’s around 30 million illegals in the country now . That would give us 3,000 terrorists cells on the mainland - 48 states . Averages out to 62 per state . We all saw what a handful did on 9-11 . Think about it ...
No, there are only 12 million undocumented residents, probably much less, since many have returned whence they came, since the recovery summer.

The people defending this policy claim that it's not amnesty because these illegal aliens won't be granted citizenship.
They won't be granted citizenship because the executive branch doesn't have the authority to do that.
But the President doesn't have the power or authority to do this!
So what's the obstacle, practically speaking, to him issuing an executive order to that effect sometime before November 2012?
