Satan is influencing the “powers that be” to move in the direction of total world control in an effort to totally eliminate Israel and stop God’s plan to destroy him. God, on the other hand, has told us through the prophets what is going to ultimately happen and His plans will not be thwarted.
I seems to me that it’s non productive to determine who, on which continent or which sphere of earthly life is to “blame” or given credit as the case may be. Rather, it’s better to understand what the prophets said would happen and what our options are.
I believe that the prophetic timetable is set and nothing we do is going to change that. Our mandate is to warn others and spread the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God draws those who He determines but uses us to introduce. Once the “full number of the Gentiles” is come in things will get very exciting! Come quickly Lord Jesus!

Marbren I know what you mean..I as well hate to get in these political debates, although I do like Sarah Palin and Rick Perry I do not believe any of them can fix what ails the world and the USA now...IMO it’s over....Not the world but this *System of things* The Bible tells us how this story ends and it is not with the U.S Political System it surrounds *Israel* it started with Israel and it will end with *Israel*
