No, it's eminent -- as in "she was eminently practical".

See my post 78 for my take on it. This would not be a standard usage of ‘eminent’, despite being able to correlate it to a dictionary sense. In this case usage is a more important demarcation, but I’m not up for an argument. If you like ‘eminent’ in this usage, go hog wild.
