Perry is like Romney; he’ll say anything you want to hear, be anybody you want him to be.

“Perry is like Romney; hell say anything you want to hear, be anybody you want him to be.”
Tell that to Ben Bernacke. He’ll be surprised.

Vote for some 3rd party candidate who simply CANNOT win - thinking that youre sending a message when youre simply voting for the status quo?
And ... if there is one thing you understand, let it be this : The *majority* of conservatives are *not* RINO's. Ergo, RINO's whether they have an "R" behind their name or not *are* the third party. They are not us; we are not them.
I feel no shame in voting for a conservative candidate, even if that candidate does not win. My civic duty is to learn the issues, learn the candidates, and vote so as to preserve the union our Founders suffered to build. I have no such duty to support one party over another. My conscience is clear.
Those that sacrifice their conservative conscience and vote with the liberals for the next progressive or faux conservative because they somehow have been fooled into thinking a genuine conservative candidate cannot win -- which is just plain stupid -- are the ones who have thrown their vote away. They have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. They have voted to further condemn the nation to more of the same. I am not with them. And proudly so.
If that is what you ask of me, you won't find me at your side on election day.

You are mistaken if you believe I wish for civil war. I have no such desire. I've tried it your way, pushing for slow and steady positive change, for decades -- only to see the nation I love circle ever closer to the drain that is socialism and, yes, outright communism. It has been a steady erosion right up to the point we are at today with this administration. I loathe the thought of civil war, but if civil war were inevitable, are you the type to leave it for the next generation to sacrifice their blood and lives for your benefit, or are you the type to stand up and say "I'll do my share"? I know what type of person I am.
