Anal sex in itself, even if not promiscuous, or done by a man and a woman, depresses the immune system, for one thing. Semen invariably get into the bloodstream, since the lining of the rectum is much thinner and more absorbent than the lining of the vagina. So little tears and so on invariably happen during anal sex, and semen getting into the bloodstream is recognized by the body as a foreign protein, and over time, will aggravate the immune system, making the recipient much more likely to succumb to various infections diseases, including AIDS. It’s just a vilely unhealthy practice.

Can Oral sex have the same issue with semen getting into the blood stream?
