Obama to deport illegals by ‘priority’

Bowing to pressure from immigrant rights activists, the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.

Maybe we should demand reciprocal prioritization for tax evaders and scofflaws. De facto amnesty for those owing less than $10,000; low priority prosecution for those owing less than $100,000. Free up scarce resources to concentrate on those with bigger potential yields. < / sarcasm >

Waiting for the legalization so they refuse to deport them under the guise of not enough resources....yet they have the resources to give these guys work permits but not the resources to tell them to leave on their own two feet.

Now the Democrats are looking for the payoff in the polls, that 39-49% approval should go to 85% in the polls....it isn’t and it represents another example of Obama failing to lead.

Obama instead of leading has engaged in a vote buying tactic that if advertised to the rest of the nation is going to back-fire spectacularly. American’s don’t like these secrete vote buying agreements.

2) Immigrants who have not registered to vote
3) Immigrants who have not registered to vote but are
dues paying members of LaRaza
4) Immigrants who are felons but are on the Organizing for America mailing list

“Bowing to pressure from immigration activists”...part of his guerilla tactics is to have other “pressure” him to do what he wants to do in order to give him cover.

I also believe that part of his reason for going on vacation despite all of the comments that he is tone deaf for doing so is to increase the possiblity that this assault on our constitution and attack on the will of the people will go unnoticed and unremarked upon. Sadly, I have not seen the Republican leadership comment on this, nor have I seen any of the legal blogs raise legal questions on his distending of the separation between legislation, which is the responsibility of Congress, and administeering, which is the responsibility of the executive branch.

I would have expected this story to get much more coverage since it was reported yesterday.

America has laws governing illegals...it is a crime to be here without proper authority i.e., papers. The left’s way out of this crime wave it simply to cave into special interest and let them stay.....the American way is to obey the laws and act accordingly. Obama is a loser, a failure, a Socialist wimp, and should be impeached for not protecting his country as he swore he would do. Expensive campaign buses used for three days, then two AF1 planes into Martha’s Vineyard for a ten day costly vacation while America is melting from neglect.....Michelle and Barry luxuriate in posh digs and entertain special interest groups.
