Anyone have any idea why the roman numeral V is in gold while all the others aren’t?

The Fifth Commandment of God, the Roman letter "V" stands for, which is Don't kill or You shall not kill , depending the translation,  is highlighted as (for obvious reasons) the proper one that refers to abortion since the memorial is erected to the countless unborn human beings killed in the womb.
