This looks close to what America looks like, what’s the problem?
They need to reverse those Hispanic and Black numbers to be more in line with U.S. demographics.

The problem is, blacks are over represented and hispanics are under represented.
Obama is all geared up to let the USPS, the largest employer of African Americans in the country, go bust ~ and that’s because of the $100,000,000,000 borrowed from them to loan to his international banker buddies.
Actually - the Hispanic is equal to racial makeup - but blacks are only 12.5 of the general populations and whites are 75.1.
Ergo - gotta cut done on blacks and up on whites.

Actually at 17.7% of the federal workforce, blacks are over-represented by almost 50% compared to their share of the overall population.
The problem is he wants whitey out on the street and Holder’s and his people taking the jobs. Mr. affirmative action aint he? Ya gotta love it.

I think they've noted, from their own statistical demographics, that blacks are approximately 50% OVER REPRESENTED, and intend to reduce that number to the 11% as in the actual population, then use the savings to increase the Hispanic count, again, more accurately reflecting demographic reality.
