“This is flat out racial discrimination. It is bias in favor of “people of color” against whites.”

This has been legal for decades, and has spread into the private sector; the Department of “Justice” has threatened private companies with suits if they don’t get the appropriate number of blacks onto their payrolls. The companies have responded by halting all hiring of whites, but hiring Hispanics instead of the blacks they’ve been imported to replace.

Don’t hold your breath for either party to do anything about it; Repubs treat white men as Dem treat blacks - voters with nowhere else to go.

That will never happen; 150 years ago Union generals asked Lincoln what they should do about the war contraband (freed slaves) that were following their armies as they invaded the South; they couldn’t provide for them and fight the war simultaneously.

150 years later there is still no answer.

Note that africans are overrepresented by more than 40% according to their demographic. Imagine that as just another form of reparations.

Ultimately, did not work but how about flooding Israel with Palestinians?

It is one ploy to overwhelm your enemy - Obama does seem to see America and Israel as enemies.

This kind of thing can’t hurt the Republicans’ chances to take back the White House next year. Keep pulling this kind of crap, B.O. ... won’t exactly help him get the independent (white) voter.

I believe the Federal workforce is already quite...diverse.

In order to have a Federal workforce that Looks Like America, they would have to....well, you know.

No body says Detroit needs to be diverse. It is already nearlt 100 percent diverse. Diversity always means fewer White people.

Office of Personnel Management: "2010... federal workforce was 66.2 percent white, 17.7 percent black, 8 percent Hispanic, 5.6 percent Asian/Pacific Islander, 1.8 percent Native American."
According to the Population Reference Bureau (U.S. Labor Force Trends, June 2008, p. 6) the U.S. workforce in 2005 was 69.6% white, 17.1% black, Asian/Pacific Islander or Native American, and 13.3% Hispanic.

- The federal workforce has a lower percentage of White Non-Hispanics (66.2%) than the larger U.S. workforce (69.6%)*.

- Non-white, non Hispanics have a higher representation in the federal workforce (17.7 + 5.6 + 1.8 = 25.1%) than in the larger U.S. workforce (17.1%).

- And while Hispanic have a lower representation in the federal workforce (5.6%) than in the larger U.S. workforce (13.3%), that is easily accounted for by the fact that the vast majority of the millions of illegal aliens working in the larger U.S. workforce are Hispanic*. And while Obama and his Democrats may have found ways for many to illegally vote in US elections and qualify for federal social service, they not yet found ways to get many illegals jobs in the federal government.


So, minorities are over represented in the Federal workforce and Obama believes raising minority representation to match larger demographic proportions - regardless of merit or qualifications - is no longer enough. Minority representation in the federal workforce must now be raised (beyond this) to reward minority loyalty to Obama and the Party!

[*Note: excluding illegal alien Hispanics from the U.S. workfoce statistic would also raise the % of White Non-Hispanics to more than 69.6%]

“Underrepresentation, as defined in 5 CFR, Section 720.202, means a situation in which the number of women or members of a minority group within a category of civil service employment constitutes a lower percentage of the total number of employees within the employment category than the percentage that women or the minority group constitutes within the civilian labor force of the United States.”

The Civilian Labor Force data includes every non-institutionalized individual 16 years of age and older, employed and unemployed and non-citizens as well as U.S. citizens

The Federal workforce includes only permanent Federal employees (temporary, intermittent, or term-specific workers are excluded) , who are, by law, required to be U.S. citizens in virtually all cases.

Not So! Since illegal aliens are not allowed in the federal work force (YET) their percentage there cannot and should not match those in the U.S. workforce - where millions of illegals do work. (See my post #150 for the details.)

I demand that at least 50% of the Federal workforce be ABOVE average intelligence!

To do that you’d have to move all those Federal jobs out of Washington DC. Most folks don’t want to go there to work

White males need not apply. White males, regardless of time in grade, will CONTINUE to be overlooked for promotion in favor of anyone with any color, regardless of knowledge or competency. White females will only be considered if they can demonstrably prove 100% support for LGBT community.

Finally, the Federal gov’t copies corporate America. Tavis, Cornel, Al, Jesse, Elijah, Shelia, Barbara, and Maxine are smiling like...well like donkeys.

See what happens when you fail to vote for conservatives in favor of Republicans, Democrats, and Independents a.k.a, centrists or moderates.

You also have to pass a physical (for my job), get a security clearance, etc. Those alone knock out a lot of otherwise qualified applicants regardless of race.
