Newspapers decide all the time what ads to accept or reject. He has no first amendment right to place his ad in any newspaper.
I’m sure you know this.
The newspaper took his money and they placed his ad. If you would like to place an ad in that same paper, I’m sure they would take your money.
BTW-why do you object to the newspaper taking this ad?
