The one time that Israel wanted to take out Iran’s nuke capability, they were denied fly over rights over Iraq by the US and that was four or five years ago.
It was in 2006 it was denied by Iraq.
Iraq's sovereignty was restored on June 28, 2004 and they were calling the shots.
