So he added it to the list with an opt-out clause. Insurance companies had to pay. However, people like you and me heard about it through the media and went bolistic! How DARE he?!! Long story short. Perry apologized, listened to us hysterical people that didn't understand the WHOLE STORY, and now, if you want to vaccinate your child to prevent cervical cancer, you get to PAY FOR IT, $360. Let's hang him!
