Sounds like a job security plot.
I am expecting this to happen at some point in the near future. I have a not-so-common last name that I know I share with at least a couple of people across the U.S. besides my son. I have been billed in the past for body armor ordered by a police officer in Illinois with exactly the same name so if he or any of the same name individuals in this country become deceased I am expecting problems.
