It doesn't seem wise to push it. In the article it says the buses were ordered in July 2010 and delivered a couple of months ago.

So when and how was the money authorized by Congress? And if the money wasn't appropriated by Congress, where the heck did the money come from? I'd like to know :)

The busses were ordered by the secret service, but I think they still have to get authorization from congress. If they were ordered in July 2010, then it was authorized by Pelosi. figures.
