It's a screenshot of a typical graph of house values in my neighborhood - taken a few months ago before Zillow evidently altered the smoothing algorythm for "This Home".
Here's a current snapshot - where "This Home" now magically, typically, is undervalued in the context of the locale circa 2006 at the height of the bubble.
Evidently they [Zillow] didn't want folks to get the impression that big spiky thing was theirs, either - but the manipulation is still self evident when the line for "This Home" is compared to the others.
Such manipulation and dishonesty is typical of the systemic corruption that manifested the housing bubble.
