Somehow I don’t think the good are just afraid of the bad who are the perpetrators, the rioters, the street thugs. It’s also the bad in the legal system, police, prosecutors, judges, laws, that allow the rioters and thugs to get away with it but may come down hard on anyone who defends themselves or their property or their community.

The legal system, including too many policemen, believe that you are trespassing on their turf(taking the law into your own hands)if you defend yourself or your property. Can’t have that, don’tcha know.

The major problem would be the ACLU, Maldef, naacp, and the bleeding hearts everywhere.
