Obmama’s mother was not old enough to give Barack “natural born citizen” status, just “citizen” status (supposedly). There is NO QUESTION by anyone, and never has been, that Obama was not a “natural born” citizen. Just a citizen, at best.

The law you are quoting applies only to children born OUTSIDE the United States.

Hawaii was part of the United States when Obama was born and Miami was a part of the United States when Rubio was born.
