Job one is eliminating the number one rino Romney. I think that Palin is waiting for the current field to beat each other up before she gets in. Staying out also reduces the negative publicity from the Leftist media.

The damage has been done and your post admits as much ... Palin’s negatives are too high and she is totally unelectable .
