And thanks very much for tonight's Road Trip to NNMC Bethesda! It's a command that resonates soundly with me. My father was stationed there from 1956 until 1963 and again from 1965 until his retirement from the Navy in 1969. I was a patient there three times, once in 1968 and again in 1969 and 1971. I was stationed there in 1970 and 1971. I used to stand the Chief of the Day watch at Center Command and got to raise and lower the Colors.
