During the Watts riots of 1965 many stores were looted and burned. The stores owned by Koreans were not looted nor were they burned. The reason is quite simple. Those that rioted and looted noticed that when you tried to loot a store owned by Koreans, you body leaked blood and on occasion you head exploded from a well aimed rifle or shotgun.

When the bad guys come to your house or store, you better go medieval on them, or they will go medieval on you.

I’ll second that tactic. Unfortunately the gun grabbers got there before the rioters.
