Well you can charge fees for anything like Tpaws health initiative fee on cigarettes. I think it was like two bucks a pack. Of course who buys cigarettes? Mostly lower income folks so it is just a tax on the poorer folks. Oh there was no such fees on alcohol purchases why was that? You can fee folks to death and not call it a tax I guess but I would call it dishonest.

With fees you have a choice. If you do not like the fee to use state parks do not use them. If you do not like the fee for cigarettes don't smoke, but do not make me pay for the things that you want with higher taxes, (I may not use or want them}.
