Gov. Rick Perry is the first governor since World War II to cut general revenue spending in Texas. We have a balanced budget. We have a rainy day fund. We do not have a state income tax. We have jobs. Businesses find a friendly climate here with low taxes, fair and predictable regulations and where lawyers don't run the show.
That sounds like one big happy family and you one happy Texan which is great! Now what about the question I asked?
