The subtle point here is that most Male Law Enforcement Officer will cut a woman a break on a woman squatting (not even cite her) to be chivalrous where they will go a writing a citation on a male who has to, um, ‘pull it out’ to do the same thing.

It is a double standard, which often leads to the DA pressing the hardest minor or felony charge they can win, on a minor citation, so that the DA’s numbers look great!
