To do that, they’d have to increase the Jewish population in Hebron enormously, because at present the Arabs are 97%. To make it 10%, we’d be hard put to find that many Jews willing to live under constant looming threat.
That isn’t how the integration works. They would have to get the Arabs from Hebron and move them to some place where there are more Jews. In the USA, White people were never forced into Black areas. Blacks were always forced into White areas. Now we are all happy. Black boys and White girls are falling in love and having babies. Israel could be like that with the Jews and the Arabs. You just have to force them together and encourage them to mix it up. If they do that, then one day, if they are lucky they could have a half Arab prime minister. Won’t that be special?
