Sarah Palin says she is still considering a run for president because she says its time for this country be put back on the right track. That being said she welcomes Rick Perry into the race as she believes that voters deserve a good debate and, as she always says, the more the merrier.
On the debate last night, she said she was proud of Newt for standing his ground and calling out the moderators on what she said was a question about superficial issues that dont really matter, especially given the difficult times we are in. She was also glad to see more candidates duking it out.
Theres much more to the interview, including a few one liners that could show up as slogans in a future campaign (full clip below):

Sarah Louise Heath : Warrior Princess from the Wilderness
“She is Huckabee in a skirt”
That was downright NASTY!!
She’s not being ‘coy’. She’s being sly. The only people claiming coy are the MSM.
Oh, give over.
I’m a huge Palin fan, but the time has come for her to “**** or get off the pot”.
Governor Palin, regardless of the time allotted in interviews, never fails to point out that a sound domestic energy policy is the engine that will make all those good results the other politicians talk about possible. Additionally she never fails to talk about realigning the Federal government with its Constitutionally mandated responsibilities.
Perry missed the boat on both those issues today. That plus what I read about his campaign contributors getting millions of company start up dollars while putting up very little of their own money, makes him no more acceptable than Romney.
agree. are toga parties still on?
I agree with you. At this moment, I don’t see that she’s running.
When she stops interviewing with the “fawning” Hannity is when I will believe she is ready to enter the race.
Travis, the election isn’t for 15 months, she’ll announce in about three weeks.
Hang in there.
I saw that... it was good. LOL
She has the MSM flummoxed, which is quite a show for the time being.
I hope you’re correct. Too long in teasing mode can fatally diminish a potential candidate.
Ask Rudy.
So, interviewing with CNN at the Iowa state fair doesn't count then?
I love Sarah but am tired of this cat-and-mouse game. If she ends up running, I’m sure I’ll feel better.
I graduated from the University of Idaho in 1972. I was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. I have it from a very realiable source that Sarah Palin will be announcing her candidacy for president quite soon....
Screw Newt. Yes,,, he is intelligent. But he sat there on that couch with Pelosi,,with all that intelligence and debating skill, and he said human caused global warming is a problem that we needed to address.
Smart is a vice when it’s being used to screw me.
Me too
Agree- No campaign staff; no ground operation; no major policy positions while the debt ceiling talks were on; and as to running for President this is no longer a serious issue much as we all were fired up and willing to support her. Time for us to get real and move on with the declared candidates. Even Reagan (”I paid for this microphone”) participated in the Iowa debate and had his California kitchen cabinet in play.
